This role combines waitress, bartender, and cook duties in a fast-paced bar environment. The ideal candidate will serve and mix drinks, prepare bar food, handle cash transactions, and maintain a clean workspace. Reliability and flexibility to work rotating day and night shifts, including weekends, are essential. This position reports to the bar manager and requires responsible service certification.
Responsibilities
- Serve and mix drinks accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and cook bar food items such as nachos and deep-fried snacks
- Handle cash transactions and count money reliably
- Provide friendly and prompt customer service
- Monitor inventory and alert management of stock levels
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Work flexible rotating shifts including days, nights, and weekends
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid ProServe and Reel Facts certification
- Reliable with strong cash handling skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in food and beverage service
