Job Details:
- Administer and maintain internal SharePoint environments, ensuring content remains current, organized, and easily accessible.
- Manage site architecture, folder structures, document libraries, navigation, and permissions to support seamless collaboration.
- Serve as the primary platform administrator, providing user support, access management, onboarding assistance, and training for employees.
- Troubleshoot platform-related issues and manage support requests to ensure timely resolution and a positive user experience.
- Design and update site visuals, including banners, tiles, landing pages, and layouts, to create an engaging and user-friendly digital experience.
- Monitor platform performance through analytics and reporting tools, providing regular insights and recommendations to improve adoption, engagement, and effectiveness.
- Partner with stakeholders to continuously enhance digital platforms and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Manage and maintain a centralized repository of digital assets, ensuring content is accurate, properly categorized, and aligned with branding standards.
- Edit, update, watermark, archive, and distribute presentations, videos, and other multimedia assets.
- Coordinate requests for digital resources, preparing files and facilitating secure access through approved platforms and distribution channels.
- Ensure outdated materials are replaced promptly with current versions to maintain content integrity and consistency.
- Create compelling and engaging written content for internal platforms, announcements, campaigns, and employee communications.
- Develop and publish informative communications that keep employees connected, informed, and engaged with organizational initiatives.
- Coordinate the planning, writing, design, and distribution of internal newsletters and recurring communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather updates, success stories, and key business information for inclusion in communication programs.
- Support communication strategies that strengthen employee engagement and promote organizational initiatives.
- Draft clear, professional, and impactful communications tailored to diverse internal audiences.
- Help maintain consistent messaging and branding across all internal channels.
- Contribute ideas and content that enhance awareness, collaboration, and participation across teams and regions.
- Develop, implement, and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to improve efficiency and reduce manual administrative tasks.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and recommend technology-driven solutions that enhance productivity.
- Create, distribute, and analyze surveys using Microsoft Forms and other reporting tools.
- Produce meaningful reports and dashboards using Power BI, analytics platforms, and other data sources to support informed decision-making.
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations that improve communication effectiveness and operational performance.
- Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including:
- SharePoint
- Power Automate
- Power BI
- Microsoft Forms
- Excel
- PowerPoint
- Outlook
- Experience leveraging analytics platforms to measure engagement, monitor performance, and generate insights.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, for graphic design, digital asset management, image editing, and content creation.
- Comfortable working with a variety of digital file formats, including presentations, videos, graphics, logos, multimedia assets, and branded content.
- Experience managing content repositories, digital asset libraries, and internal communication platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, engaging, and audience-focused content.
- Strong organizational and project coordination abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.

- Familiarity with content governance, information architecture, and user adoption strategies is advantageous.
