At Country Hills Ford, we're searching for an Internal Advisor/Dispatcher who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment. You'll be the central point connecting inventory, technicians, detail teams, and vendors—ensuring every vehicle moves through the process efficiently and every customer promise is delivered on time.

As the next step in our hiring process, select candidates will be required to complete a brief video submission.

Core Accountabilities

  • Create work orders for preparation of New/Pre-Owned inventory for sale

  • Advise Sales Management of additional work required and associated cost

  • Arrange and invoice sublet repairs for above vehicles

  • Process invoices for above vehicles

  • Process and complete appropriate checklists and warranty registration for above vehicles

  • Ensure timely completion of all work requests so that vehicle can be delivered as scheduled

  • Ensure work orders are dispatched with correct skills and promise times

  • Update advisors in a timely manner of any delays or issues

  • Work with shop foreman to ensure all work is completed and distributed

  • Ensure even distribution of work

  • Answer all incoming phone calls within three rings

  • Answer any inquiries possible and acquire assistance if necessary

  • Perform service department administrative tasks as directed by management

  • Report any situation or condition that could jeopardize the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its employees or its customers


Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • PBS experience is an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer service abilities
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Ability to maintain filing systems and database
  • Professional appearance and friendly disposition
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment

Hours of Work: Full time

Compensation:
  • $70K-$100K+ with Bonuses
