- Full time, 3 month contract position
- Starting at $25/hr, negotiable based on experience
- Opportunities for longer placement!
- Assemble custom industrial automation equipment and mechanical sub-assemblies using engineering drawings and build documentation
- Install machine guarding, framework, linear motion components, and mechanical hardware
- Perform machine setup, alignment, and mechanical adjustments
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical assembly and fit-up issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while meeting project timelines
- Forklift license, experience with operating propane forklift
- Experience assembling industrial machinery, automation equipment, or custom mechanical systems
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and assembly prints
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and standard shop equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
