Job Description
Paylidify is a leading provider of integrated digital payment solutions and commerce management tools, empowering businesses to accept and manage payments securely across diverse commerce environments. Paylidify is searching for a skilled Regional Sales Manager with a proven track record of success and growth. As a Regional Sales Manager based in Vancouver, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding Paylidify's market presence in British Columbia. In this role, you will lead a regional sales team, collaborate closely with senior leadership, and ensure the achievement of ambitious sales targets. Your expertise in solutions-based selling and pipeline management will be instrumental in identifying customer challenges and delivering tailored value propositions. You will foster a high-performance culture, coach and develop sales staff, and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors across North America.
Paylidify is looking for an accomplished Regional Sales Manager with a history of driving growth and success. We need a proactive, strategic thinker who excels in high-energy, agile environments and possesses a strong "can-do" attitude toward continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate thrives in collaborative, goal-oriented settings and is skilled at managing relationships with major North American vendors. Proficiency with CRM tools and a dedication to professional advancement are essential.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales and Channel Directors to meet yearly regional revenue objectives
- Lead the recruitment of new business by coaching, managing, and developing regional sales personnel
- Stay current on Paylidify's product suite to effectively articulate value to clients
- Optimize sales cycles by prioritizing and overseeing a multifaceted pipeline
- Keep yourself up-to-date with Paylidify's products & services and understand how they provide value & can help our customers continue to grow.
- Manage a diverse sales pipeline of businesses to identify and prioritize opportunities that can accelerate sales cycles.
- Employ a solutions-based sales approach to promote urgency, identify business challenges and provide unique targeted value.
- Deliver customized value by solving customer pain points through a consultative sales method
- Regularly meet and surpass defined monthly sales quotas
- Drive revenue growth within a specified region to satisfy corporate goals
- Lead weekly team sessions to analyze performance metrics, KPIs, and tactical results
- Assist sales staff with lead generation, relationship building, and client retention
- Implement established training curricula to develop the sales force
- Provide timely daily and weekly progress updates to the Channel Director and Director of Sales
