Our first product, the V-One PCB printer, integrates drilling through-holes, printing conductive materials, dispensing solder paste, and reflowing circuits to enable fast iteration of circuit board designs. Our second product, the NOVA materials dispensing system, offers precision dispensing of functional materials on both flexible and rigid substrates for flexible hybrid electronics prototyping and materials research.

About the Job
- Implement strategies (paid and organic) for key marketing functions such as email marketing, social media marketing, digital advertising, and data analysis and testing
- Conduct regular maintenance of the HubSpot platform, as well as the creation of new workflows, sequences, forms, landing pages, and segments (lists)
- Investigate sales funnel leaks and collaborate with the marketing and revenue teams on methods to improve lead engagement and conversion
- Conduct SEO and SEM research and work with the Content Marketer and Front-End Developer to ensure best practices are implemented on the website
- Oversee campaign budgets and conduct regular reporting
- Research, track, and analyze end-to-end customer behaviors using tools like Microsoft Clarity and implement findings into marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand the customer experience and optimize conversion
- Maintain scalable campaigns and lead management processes
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure operational processes and goals are aligned
Working conditions
- Working from the office in Waterloo at least three days per week.
About You
- Post-secondary education in marketing or related relevant work experience
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- A solid understanding of trends and best practices in online marketing
- Demonstrable experience:
- Leading paid advertising and email marketing campaigns
- Using HubSpot, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Semrush, and other tools in our martech stack
- Creating a social media strategy and managing accounts
- Running A/B and multivariate experiments
- Contributing to inbound and outbound marketing programs
- Evaluating the customer journey and optimizing for conversion
Nice to haves
- Experience with web accessibility standards and guidelines
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript

Compensation
The expected base salary range for this role is CAD $58,000$70,000. Final compensation will be based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications. This range reflects base pay only and does not include bonus eligibility or benefits.
