Job Description:
- Must have experience in driving Counter Balance and Raymond reach truck.
- Must demonstrate adherence to all applicable department and fork/lift truck safety policies and procedures.
- Receives raw materials and packaging, accurately checks all items from a packing slip/bill of lading, and prepares any required documentation.
- Must be able to stage a load and use fork/lift truck, including clamp truck, to load trailers in a safe manner.
- Involves accurate order picking and stacking/storing finished and received goods in their designated areas, as well as completion of all other associated duties.
- Due to the small size of the department and the nature of the work in the shipping department, must be able to cover shifts with short notice, be willing to stay back and/or come in early as required, and work Saturdays.
- Change/charge battery as required.
- Must be attentive to housekeeping issues, maintaining a tidy work area.
- Must have shipping/receiving experience.
- Will share duties with PM Material handlers.
- Must have good attendance.
