We are looking for a Senior Litigation Associate to join a growing litigation platform.

The associate will work primarily on a growing personal injury, insurance, and civil litigation practice, with the opportunity to assist other lawyers on appropriate litigation matters.

This is a role for someone who wants meaningful responsibility, direct client contact, and a high degree of independence. The right candidate will be trusted to move files forward with good judgment, minimal supervision, and a practical understanding of what clients need.

Requirements
  • Litigation experience is mandatory

  • 6+ years of litigation experience

  • Experience in personal injury, insurance litigation, or broader civil litigation

  • Ability to independently manage files, assess strategy, deal with opposing counsel, and move matters toward resolution

  • Strong drafting, research, questioning, mediation, and client-management skills

  • Sound judgment, professionalism, and a practical litigation mindset

  • Interest in helping grow a litigation practice over time

  • Expected annual target of 1,500 hours

The role will primarily involve
  • Personal injury litigation

  • Drafting, research, questioning, applications, mediation preparation, and resolution strategy

Additional Opportunities
