Finishing Area Worker

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Finishing Area Worker to join our client's manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment and takes pride in producing high-quality finished products.

Responsibilities:

• Trim, finish, repair, and test products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Inspect finished products for defects and complete repairs safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret drawings, work instructions, and product specifications.
• Use measurements and perform basic conversions accurately.
• Complete required testing procedures and record production and quality information.
• Maintain production quotas while ensuring quality standards are met.
• Work closely with team members and assist co-workers when needed.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Report any health and safety concerns to your supervisor.
• Participate in training and coaching sessions as required.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is considered an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Comfortable using measuring tools and performing basic mathematical conversions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
