D2D Sales Rep-Technician

Rep-Technician

Commission-only · Owner-operator track · GTA

You handle the full job: knock the door, close the sale, clean the windows, and collect payment the same

day. Once you've shown the model works, we help you bring on and train your own technician.

The Offer

You earn 45% of every job you sell and clean — 20% for booking it, 25% for doing the work, with no cap

and same-day pay. When you train your own technician, the 25% cleaning share goes to them and you keep your 20% sale share plus an override on their jobs. That way your income scales with your team, not only the hours you personally work.

What you'll do

• Canvass assigned neighbourhoods and book jobs at the door

• Run our tablet sales funnel: 15-second video intro, instant quote, close, collect payment

• Clean windows by squeegee and DI tank / water-fed pole, safely off ladders (we get you ladder certified)

• Cross-sell add-ons (gutters, driveway sealing) to grow each ticket

• Once proven: hire, train, and lead your own technician

What we look for

• Confident selling to strangers and willing to do the physical work

• Reliable, fit, detail-oriented, comfortable outdoors and at heights

• Willing to learn the process, meet targets, and later teach it to others

• Reliable transportation

We train both the sales process and the cleaning work but we expect a general level of competence and a willingness to learn.
