Job Overview: We are seeking an Experienced Roofer specialized in residential re-roofing. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience installing and repairing a variety of residential roofing systems. As an experienced member of our team, you will ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the meticulous quality standards our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and replace various residential roofing systems.
Perform roof tear-offs, prepare roof decks, install underlayments, ice/water shields, and proper flashing.
Inspect roof structures to identify leaks, rot, or defects, and execute precise repairs.
Adhere strictly to WorkSafeBC (WCB) safety regulations, ensuring proper use of fall protection equipment and maintaining a safe job site.
Work collaboratively with the crew and provide mentorship or guidance to apprentices/junior roofers.
Interact professionally and respectfully with homeowners, representing our family brand with integrity.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: Professional residential roofing experience.
Technical Skills: Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and fall protection gear safely.
Physical Requirements: Must be comfortable working at heights, lifting up to 50+ lbs, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Safety Mindset: Up-to-date Fall Protection certification is highly preferred. (safety training provided)
Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual, and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation to job sites around Greater Victoria. (driver's license preferred not required)
