We are looking for a Land Analyst with 2+ years of experiencewho is ready to contribute to meaningful project work, support strong client delivery, and continue developing their career with a growing North American land and right of way consulting firm.

Responsibilities include

  • Preparing professional surface land and right of way documentation to support project teams and clients
  • Providing administrative, coordination, and project support for surface land and right of way matters
  • Assistingwith third-party applications, agreements, Crown land documentation, and related project requirements
  • Supporting land title review, document tracking, file organization, and project reporting
  • Staying current on regulatory requirements, client standards, and industry practices related to surface land
  • Maintaining, organizing, and updating land records, project files, templates, and related processes
  • Communicating with internal teams, project managers, land agents, clients, and external stakeholders asrequired
  • Identifyingopportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and consistency in day-to-day land analyst work
  • Support a collaborative, solutions-focused team culture

What werequire

  • 2+years' experiencein a Land Analyst/Administrationrole
  • Strong understanding of surface land documentation, third-party applications, title review, project tracking, and regulatory support
  • Solid skills in MS Office applications including SharePoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Demonstrated ability to learn,useand teach others to use various Land and Project Management tools/software
  • A positive, team-focusedattitudewith adesire to learn and grow
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasks efficientlywhile working on multiple workflows
  • Detail oriented and focused withanability to be flexible to changing priorities
  • Natural problem-solver who canidentifyand implement practical solutions

What will set you apart

  • Strong quality-control skills with land packages, agreements, applications, and supporting project documentation
  • Experience mentoring, leading, or supporting the development of other Land Analysts
  • Crown land experience, including familiarity with Crown land processes, dispositions, approvals, amendments, renewals, and related documentation
  • Specific experience working with Manitoba land and right of way processes, including land title review, Crown land considerations, municipal or third-party approvals, and Manitoba-based project documentation
  • Demonstrated ability to use emerging technologies (such as AI tools, GIS platforms, or automation software) to improve efficiency in land acquisition and project management
