Here is what you will be doing each day:
As our Assistant Front Office Manager, you will be working with the Front Office Manager and our guest service team.
You will assist with the daily operations of the Front Office, including training, coaching, scheduling, and performance management for Guest Services, Bell, and Night Audit teams. Ensure we deliver exceptional guest service by resolving complaints, accommodating special requests, and ensuring compliance with company standards to maximize guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Manage shift communications, delegate follow-up on service issues, and exercise sound judgment in handling emergencies, operational challenges, and revenue adjustments.
