Service Concierge (Classic Honda)

As an award-winning leader in the industry we are dedicated to serving our guests and community. Classic Honda is currently seeking a Service Concierge to join our dynamic team in Brampton. The ideal candidate will be a people person and a self-starter with strong communication skills. This position will be responsible for maintaining a traffic log of guests visiting the store and providing exceptional customer service.

Here's what you'll deliver:

• Greeting customers.
• Tagging and parking service vehicles.
• Basic knowledge of washing vehicles.
• Conducting free alignments inspections and keeping the parking lot organized.
• Greeting customers and keeping the drive-thru clean.
• Provide exceptional customer service that exemplifies our dealership.
• Provide valet service to clients to and from the dealerships
• Other duties as assigned by management

What do you need to succeed?

• Post secondary degree or diploma.
• Must have a valid Ontario Drivers License and good driving record.
• Professional and confident with frequent customer interaction.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Proven self-starter that can work well under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of vehicle makes and models.
• Merchandising experience is an asset.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Job Type: Full Time - Temporary (7 month contract) Compensation (expected hourly wage): $18.00 - $19.00 per hour.
