Job Details:
We are seeking for an Office Admin & Project Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for the management & coordination of Security related projects across Canada.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling service call requests.
- Scheduling installation projects.
- Managing service & installation calendar and tracking sheets.
- Ordering equipment from vendors.
- Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
- Maintain required project documentation
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years previous experience as office administrator.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
- Knowledge with Office 365 (Word, Excel, List, Forms).
- Strong communication skills.
- Self driven & motivated.
- Ability to work without supervision.
