We are seeking for an Office Admin & Project Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for the management & coordination of Security related projects across Canada.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling service call requests.
  • Scheduling installation projects.
  • Managing service & installation calendar and tracking sheets.
  • Ordering equipment from vendors.
  • Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
  • Maintain required project documentation

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years previous experience as office administrator.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented.
  • Knowledge with Office 365 (Word, Excel, List, Forms).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Self driven & motivated.
  • Ability to work without supervision.
