Summary
Guest Service Agents are the face of WildPlay Parks, playing a crucial role asthewelcoming members of our brand and embodying our pride.Our Guest Service Agents exceed guest expectations by consistently providing exceptional service and going above and beyond. With a friendly, confident, and informed approach, they greet our guests, handle reservations, manage check-ins, promote merchandise, and ensure a smooth, efficient arrival and departure atourparks.
Tosucceed as a Guest Service Agent, you bring a friendly, positive, and energeticattitude to every interaction. You excel at making people feel welcome and use assertive communication skills to meet each guests needs.Youreproactive, taking the initiative tocompletetasks during quieter times, and a team player who collaborates seamlessly with others during busier times to enhance the overall guest experience.
Responsibilities and Duties
TheGuest Service Agentsresponsibilities include, but arenot limited to:
- Providingpersonalservice that exceedsguests'expectations
- Givingcorrect informationregardingelements,products,pricing, access requirements, and promotions
- Followingelement-specific procedures when booking or checking-in guestsand ensuringthat waivers and registration forms arecompleted correctly
- Administeringreservations, deposits,payments, and collectingrequired guest informationfor eachvisit
- Assistingguests in merchandise purchases, tracking inventory, andmaintainingaclean,attractive,and organizedappearance ofallareas
- Maintaininggeneral upkeep ofparkgroundsand buildings
- Assistingin other areas of operation when needed; mayincludein-field marketingand sales, guest bookings, retail sales, and the opening and closing procedures of thepark
- At times, acting as ourFood&BeverageAttendant,servingand preparing items such as ice cream and other food items to guests.

Work Schedule
This is classified as aseasonalposition. Ourpeakseason typically runs fromJunetoSeptemberdepending on the weather and the needs of the business.Specific employee contracts are flexible and adaptable to individual availability.
Guest Service Agents work a flexible schedule of full-time and part-time employment.This includes working evenings, weekends, and holidays, at times.
