General Labourer - Pallet Repair

Location: Lincoln County, ON

Compensation: $20.00 per hour | Full-Time, Permanent

Shift: Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

We are hiring dependable General Labourers for a pallet repair facility in Lincoln County. This is a hands-on, physical role with guaranteed full-time hours and steady year-round work.

Responsibilities:

Inspect and repair wooden pallets at an individual workstation.
Use hand tools (pry bar, hammer, nail gun) to replace damaged boards.
Stack finished pallets for forklift removal.
Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Meet daily production targets.

Comfortable with physical, repetitive work.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
CSA-approved steel-toed footwear required.
