The Restaurant Team Member plays a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations by supporting both front counter service and kitchen preparation. Working within a medium-sized team, this position demands excellent customer interaction skills and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the counter
- Take and process customer orders accurately
- Handle cash and transactions responsibly
- Provide over the counter food service for take out customers
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen support tasks including washing, chopping ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas (sweeping/mopping)
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurant service counter help/kitchen prep.
- Fluent in Portguese would be an asset.
