Manufacturing Process Engineer

About the Role

We're looking for a Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team in St. Marys. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our manufacturing operations-analyzing processes, solving technical challenges, and driving improvements in quality, efficiency, and performance.

• Develop and implement manufacturing and testing procedures
• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes (quality, cost, throughput)
• Collaborate with engineering and tooling teams to optimize production methods
• Troubleshoot and resolve metallurgical and material-related issues
• Support production with technical and quality expertise
• Conduct material analysis related to stainless steel products

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience (automotive preferred)
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards
• Project Management experience
• Metallurgist knowledge
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
