What will you be doing?
As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be handling a number of facilities related tasks. Responsibilities include:

  • Communicating with and on behalf of centers to dispatch, request quote, schedule, and coordinate work to be completed.
  • Supporting our Capex and Environment, Social, and Governance programs with their varied needs and advance efficiencies within each.
  • Scheduling meetings and site visits.
  • Coordinating billing, payments, and other vendor related matters.
  • Administering data collection, organization, and distribution across the company.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficient computer skills including working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite of products
  • High levels of organization and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • Knowledge of Oracle Netsuite, Sharepoint and/or vendor dashboards an asset
  • Experience with construction/building maintenance systems an asset
