Service Advisor Compensation

Pay: $24.00 to $40.00/hour (based on experience and performance incentives)

Schedule: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday

YOUR IMPACT

Our Service Advisor is the bridge connecting our customers with our service team, creating positive outcomes while driving business revenue and furthering our reputation for excellence! Customer service will be a top priority as you speak with customers about their auto repair needs and answer their questions. You'll prepare accurate repair orders, present cost estimates to customers, and recommend additional services or upgrades when appropriate. Your ability to clearly explain repairs, build rapport with customers, and coordinate with a service team will help drive sales and satisfaction!

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

Required

• 1+ years of experience as an automotive service advisor or a similar customer service role

Desired

• Time management skills for balancing your workflow in a fast-paced environment
• Strong ability to sell auto repair and maintenance services
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
