ABOUTTHEROLE

OurnextFullStackDeveloperwillbringapassionforhelpingourinternalteamsbecomemoreefficientsomeonewhofeelscomfortablecontributingtobackend,frontend,anddesktopcodebases,whilecaringdeeplyaboutmakingpeoplesliveseasier.

Youll work closely with designers, product managers, internal users of our products, and other engineers to deliver end-to end features that feel smooth. We value engineers who think beyond just code to understand why a feature exists, how its used, and how it can be better.

ROLERESPONSIBILITIES

• Design,develop,andmaintainfeaturesacrossthestack:
• Backend:Go(Golang)
• Frontend:Vue.jsand/orAngular
• Collaboratewithproductanddesignteamstocreatesmooth,intuitiveuserexperiencesthathelpourinternalteamsgofaster
• Identifybottlenecksincurrentworkflowsanddesigntechnicalsolutionstoautomatetasks,reducemanualeffort,andimprovetoolingforourteams
• Writeclean,maintainable,andwell-testedcode
• Partnerwithoperationsanddraftingteamstounderstandrealworkflowpainpoints,thentranslatethemintotechnicalrequirements
• Participateinarchitecturediscussions,roadmapplanning,andcodereviewstoensureoursystemsalignwithlong-termgoalsandtechnicalexcellence
• Advocate for our internal users, championing best practices in UX, accessibility, and efficiency in every decision
• Optimizeperformanceforbothclient-sideandserver-sideapplications

QUALIFICATIONS

• SolidexperiencewithVue.jsand/orAngular
• 5+yearsofexperienceinaFullStackEngineeringrole,ideallyincludingexperiencemodernizingsystemsorbuildingtoolsforoperational/logisticsworkflows
• Familiaritywithversioncontrol(Git),CI/CDpipelines,andcloudinfrastructure(AWSpreferred)
• Theabilitytogodeepandoptimizesoftwareforperformance-criticaltasks(e.g.,hardwaredriversorreal-timeprocessing)
• Strongproblem-solvingskillswiththeabilitytoworkindependently
• Adeptatbreakingdowncomplexproblemsanddeliveringpractical,scalablesolutions
• Comfortableworkinginacollaborative,agileenvironment
