  • Coordinate equipment and inventory between offices and project sites.
  • Obtain supplier quotes and assist with vendor relationships.
  • Assist with inventory management and maintain accurate records.
  • Support equipment and facility lease administration.
  • Maintain purchasing, fleet, and inventory information within ERP systems.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure equipment and procurement needs are met.
  • Identify opportunities to improve logistics and purchasing processes.

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Commerce, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, procurement, purchasing, inventory coordination, fleet coordination, or a related role.
  • Experience working with ERP systems is considered an asset.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience within engineering, consulting, construction, or industrial environments is considered an asset.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 10%) as required.

What's in it for You?

We take care of our team so they can take care of our clients. At Allnorth, you'll enjoy:

  • Flexible work arrangements that support work-life balance.
  • Comprehensive health and dental benefits.
  • RRSP matching program.
  • Professional development and career growth opportunities.
  • Team Member Referral Program.
  • Lunch & Learn sessions.
  • A collaborative, supportive culture where your contributions make a real impact.

WE TAKE CARE OF YOU SO YOU CAN TAKE CARE OF OUR CLIENTS
