Must have a valid and active forklift license with experience operating, at minimum, a Counterbalance and Double Deep Walkie. Dockstocker and Cherry Picker certifications and experience are considered strong assets.

Shipping and receiving duties include, but are not limited to:

• Loading and unloading freight
• Verifying shipping documents for accuracy
• Ensuring orders are picked, loaded, and shipped accurately
• Using RF scanners to track and account for inventory
• Organizing and efficiently utilizing warehouse space
• Preparing staging areas and planning freight movement
• Picking, packing, quality control, returns processing, cycle counts, shipment processing, container destuffing, and general cleaning duties
• Maintaining clean and organized work areas while ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and safety checks are completed
• Communicating and collaborating with supervisors and management regarding daily workflow and operational priorities

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience is an asset, as this role involves direct interaction with customers
• Reliable and consistent attendance is required
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
