Inside Sales Representative

About us: LOUSOL is a Canadian manufacturer of premium aluminum louvered pergolas: durable, motorized outdoor living structures engineered for Canadian weather. We're growing fast and looking for an Inside Sales Representative to connect with homeowners and businesses interested in transforming their outdoor spaces.

The role: Working full-time from our Mississauga office, you'll call new and existing leads, make follow-up calls and emails, manage customer communication across channels, and keep our CRM organized.

What you'll do:

Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries
Call inbound leads and make cold calls to B2B businesses and prospective customers
Communicate with customers by phone, email, social media, and in person
Explain product features, options, pricing, delivery, and installation process
Conduct showroom consultations and meet with customers
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Log every call, lead, and activity accurately in our CRM
Follow up consistently and hit daily and monthly goals

What you need

Excellent written and verbal English, clear and professional
Minimum 2 years of sales experience
Comfortable communicating by phone, email, social media, and in person
Working knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
Excellent customer service skills and general computer skills
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle a high volume of calls
Proficient with digital tools and confident adapting to new platforms
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Organized, self-motivated, and target-driven
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage various orders and activities

Preferred experience

Outbound sales, call center, or business development, customer service.
