Oversee full-cycle recruitment including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening and interviewing candidates, and guiding them through the hiring process through to offer
Facilitate the offer process by extending offers and negotiating employment terms
Manage candidate database via our ATS
Effectively manage the expectations of both client and candidate
You Have:
5+ year of experience in full-cycle recruitment
Experience working in a recruitment agency
IT / Software Development / Technical permanent recruiting (preference)
Leadership experience
Excellent communication
Ability to meet deadlines and produce results in a fast-paced environment
Experience with the various recruitment tools
Understanding of technical and non-technical requirements
Superior interpersonal and written communication skills
Great attention to detail
Sales experience (Preferable)
