AZ Shunt Driver

We Are Hiring for a Full-Time Shunter “Shuttle” Driver at our Windsor Location!

• Starting at $24/hr
• Full-Time + occasional overtime
• Days, Monday-Friday, with flexibility to work weekends when required

Responsibilities:

• Move 53-foot trailers in and out of docks, around the yard, and between nearby facilities.
• Load and unload materials using industrial trucks, tractors, and other equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness, observe Health & Safety rules, and report unsafe equipment conditions.
• Complete records, files, and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Assist in inventory tasks and ensure products are stored in designated areas.

Requirements:

• Valid Class A Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating a shunt truck.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and prompt reliability.
• High School Diploma required; excellent interpersonal and organizational skills are an asset.

Working Conditions:

• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Independent work as well as collaboration with a team.
• Regular operation of various equipment.
