OverviewFuze HR Solutions is currently hiring Production Associates for a high-volume production environment in Markham. This role is well suited for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing or production setting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and support production equipment (printing, inserting, packaging, or related machinery)
  • Assemble, sort, and package materials accurately according to job specifications
  • Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of all output
  • Label, organize, and prepare finished products for shipment
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Follow all company health & safety procedures and operational standards
  • Meet daily production targets and deadlines
Requirements
  • Availability to work the afternoon shift (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Basic communication skills in English
Assets (Preferred)
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production roles
  • Familiarity with mailroom, print production, or machine operation
  • Experience working toward production targets
Work Environment
  • Fast-paced production facility
  • Moderate noise levels typical of industrial settings
  • Team-based workflow with shift production targets
