As thePublic RelationsStrategist,you will have a strong background in corporate communications, writingand contentcreation, aproactive communicator and strategic thinker who can seamlessly blendPRexpertisewith social mediaknow-how. Youll have success here if you value clearprocesses and feel qualified based on having 5+ years of experiencein doing the following things:

  • Develop and execute cohesivePRand social media strategies that align with client goals, brand voice, and campaignobjectives.
  • Lead the strategic direction forPRand social media initiatives, ensuring integration across all marketing and communication efforts.
  • Manage reputation and crisis communication,monitoringbrandsentimentand guidingproactive and reactive messaging toprotect and enhance client reputation.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all social content,press materials, messaging, and audience touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, and account teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and unified execution.
  • Build relationships with internal teams and external partners, supporting smooth workflows and strong alignment.
  • Drive audience growth, engagement, and community loyalty across key social platforms and relevant media outlets.
  • Use analytics tools to assess performance,identifyoptimization opportunities, and adjust strategies to improve results.
  • Analyze campaign performance across earned and owned media channels, delivering insights that refine ongoing and future strategies.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively across disciplines, ensuring stakeholders understand performance, opportunities, and recommendations.

  • 5+ years inPR, social media strategy, communications, or digital marketing (agency experiencepreferred).
  • Bachelors degree in communications, marketing,PR, journalism, ora relatedfield.
  • Ability to translate brand goals into compelling narratives, pitches, social campaigns, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Experiencemonitoringsentiment and navigating bothproactive and reactive communication moments.
  • Able topresent insights clearly, collaborate across teams, and build strong internal relationships.
  • Comfortable using analytics tools to evaluate performance, extract insights, and shape strategic recommendations.
  • Ability to respond quickly to trends, cultural moments, and audience behavior shifts.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with creative, strategy, and client service teams to execute integrated campaigns.
  • Commitment to ensuring brand consistency, message clarity, and polished outputs.
  • Proactive inidentifyingopportunities, experimenting withnew approaches, and elevating campaignstrategy.
