Baskin-Robbins is looking for creative, enthusiastic Cake Decorators to join our team of cake artists!

We are currently hiring full-time Cake Decorators. We offer flexible scheduling and an opportunity to work independently while creating memorable cakes and experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process cake orders through online, phone, and in-person channels.

• Create and decorate cakes according to Baskin-Robbins design and quality standards.

• Prepare and maintain cake decorating supplies, including icing and other decorating materials.

• Monitor and manage cake, icing, and decorating inventory to ensure supplies are available when needed.

• Keep the cake decorating station clean, organized, well-stocked, and properly sanitized in accordance with food safety procedures.

• Maintain attractive and fully stocked product displays while following quality and merchandising standards.

• Provide friendly, helpful service and build positive relationships with guests, team members, and leadership.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment.

• Assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed.

• Previous cake decorating or food-service experience is an asset, but training may be provided for the right candidate.
