Baskin-Robbins is looking for a reliable, energetic, and team-focused Shift Leader to help lead our store operations and create a positive experience for every guest.

As a Shift Leader, you'll take an active role in leading the team during your shift, coaching Crew Members, assigning tasks, maintaining store standards, and ensuring our guests receive friendly, efficient service. You will lead by example, recognize great performance, provide helpful feedback, and help create a positive, high-energy workplace.

This is a full-time position with annual salary based.

What you will do

• Lead and support Crew Members throughout each shift to ensure Baskin-Robbins standards are consistently followed.

• Set clear daily goals, motivate the team, and help drive strong shift performance.

• Assign tasks, delegate responsibilities, and follow up to ensure work is completed efficiently and on time.

• Coach team members by providing encouragement, recognition, and timely feedback.

• Lead by example by delivering friendly, professional guest service and maintaining a positive attitude.

• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming store environment.

• Handle guest concerns and operational challenges quickly, calmly, and professionally.

• Work independently and confidently while managing the store during your shift.

• Receive and manage ice cream deliveries while maintaining accurate inventory of ice cream tubs, merchandise, and other products.

• Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs when necessary.

• Support cake preparation and decorating, including creating cakes with a variety of designs.

• Assist with other store duties as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

What we are looking for

• Previous leadership, supervisory, or food-service experience is an asset.

• Strong ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team.

• Comfortable delegating tasks and holding team members accountable for completing them.

• Able to manage the store independently and make sound decisions during a shift.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Friendly, positive, and professional approach to guest service.

• Reliable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable handling inventory, deliveries, and product organization.

• Willingness and ability to learn and create cakes with a variety of designs.

• Strong attention to cleanliness, food safety, and store standards.
