Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer phone inquiries, ensuring professionalism and resolution of issues.
  • Create standard new sales orders for phone inquiries and/or efficiently and effectively transfer calls to more senior applicable team members.
  • Initiate local warranty claims promptly and accurately.
  • Respond to inventory inquiries and assist customers with product availability and established alternatives.
  • Provide coverage for sales counter, as needed.
  • Support sales and warranty team by providing freight quotes for special deliveries and return shipments.
  • Assist with operational activities and continuous improvement projects during shoulder season.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Customer Experience Manager.

Qualification/Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in HVAC Instillation or sales experience is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • HVAC experience would be a major asset to this role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience operating inventory management systems is an asset.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be available for full-time, on-site work; remote work is not available.
