Walkie Operator

This position manages organization, movement, and cleanliness within the production cooler. It involves inventory handling, shipping/receiving tasks, and operating material handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep the production cooler organized and clean.
• Manage stock rotation and move products for tempering/freezing.
• Use forklift or Walkie to transport materials within the facility.
• Verify product condition and expiration codes.
• Accurately document inventory and shipping transactions.
• Conduct inventory counts (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Comply with GMPs and health safety policies.
• Assist in packing, wrapping, and labeling products.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma.
• Prior experience in shipping/receiving and cold storage environments.
• Ability to lift up to 23 kg and work in cold environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good math, organizational, and computer skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean record.

Working Conditions:

• Exposure to cold temperatures (coolers -4°C, freezers -18°C).
• Noise, dust, odors, and machinery present.
• Regular lifting and repetitive movement.
