Moonstone Cleaning Company is a growing cleaning company specializing in construction cleaning, commercial janitorial services, move-in/move-out cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing, and specialty cleaning services throughout the Westshore and surrounding areas.

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Professional Cleaning Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys staying active, and wants to be part of a team that values reliability, professionalism, and quality.

About the Role

As a Professional Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning services at residential, commercial, and construction sites. No two days are exactly the same, and successful candidates must be adaptable, motivated, and willing to learn.

This is not a supervisory position, however employees who demonstrate reliability, initiative, leadership, and strong performance may be considered for additional responsibilities and advancement opportunities as the company grows.

Responsibilities

• Construction cleaning (rough and final cleans)
• Commercial janitorial cleaning
• Move-in and move-out cleaning
• Interior and exterior window cleaning
• Pressure washing and exterior cleaning services
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
• Maintaining company equipment and supplies
• Completing daily reports and job documentation
• Following company safety procedures and policies
• Providing excellent customer service and professionalism on site
• Assisting with other cleaning and maintenance-related tasks as required

Qualifications

Required

• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Ability to pass a criminal record check if required by clients

Assets (Not Required)

• Janitorial experience
• Construction cleaning experience
• Window cleaning experience
• Pressure washing experience
• WHMIS certification
• Experience operating company vehicles

From time to time, employees may be entrusted with additional responsibilities such as:

• Driving company vehicles
• Transporting supplies and equipment

• Opening or closing job sites
• Inventory and supply management
• Assisting with scheduling and operational tasks

These responsibilities are assigned based on business needs and employee performance and do not automatically constitute a supervisory position.
