Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the parts department
- Manage inventory levels, ordering, and returns
- Develop pricing strategies and maintain profit margins
- Lead, train, and supervise parts staff
- Work closely with service and sales departments
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting
- Deliver excellent customer service (internal & external)
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Parts Manager or senior parts role in an automotive dealership
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and inventory systems
- Leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Experience with dealership management software (e.g., SERTI, CDK) is an asset
- The ability to read, write, and speak both French and English
- Valid driver's license
