- Inspect incoming materials and components to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Use CMM equipment, vision systems, and precision measuring instruments
- Experience with CMM programming and program validation is considered a strong asset
- Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical documentation

- Ensure products meet customer specifications and internal quality requirements
- Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation

- Minimum 5 years of quality inspection experience within a precision machining environment
- Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and quality standards
- Experience using:
- CMM equipment
- Vision systems
- Verniers
- Calipers
- Micrometers
- Precision gauges
- Hands-on experience in CMM programming (PC-DMIS, Calypso, or similar) is an asset
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and inspection documentation
- Knowledge of metals, alloys, engineered plastics, and surface finish measurements
- Strong attention to detail and decision-making abilities
- Engineering degree or equivalent education/experience considered an asset

The role pays $27.00–$30.00 per hour with a $1.50 afternoon shift premium. Shifts are the Afternoon Shift (Mon–Thu, 3:00 PM–12:40 AM, Fridays off) or a Continental Weekend Shift (11:00 AM–11:00 PM, Fri–Sun; 32 hours paid as 40).
You’ll work in a modern precision machining facility in a fast-paced production environment with a high focus on accuracy, quality, and continuous improvement.
You will perform first-off, in-process, and final inspections, inspect incoming materials, use CMM equipment and vision systems, interpret drawings and GD&T, identify non-conformances, maintain inspection records, and support corrective actions.
A minimum of 5 years of quality inspection experience in a precision machining environment is required, along with strong measurement tool experience (CMM, vision systems, verniers, calipers, micrometers, precision gauges) and the ability to read technical drawings.
Hands-on CMM programming experience is an asset, with familiarity in PC-DMIS, Calypso, or similar software considered advantageous.
