Combi Forklift Operator

We are hiring an experienced Combi Forklift Operator in Newmarket! This is a full-time, long-term position! This is a Canadian company that has been in business for over 20 years! Great company culture and a dynamic team environment! Work a convenient day shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm!

Duties include:

• Operate a Combi (multi-directional) forklift to transport long and heavy structural steel throughout the facility
• Safely load and unload steel from racks, fabrication areas, and staging zones
• Maneuver oversized materials in tight indoor spaces while maintaining control and visibility
• Ensure proper load securement, balance, and weight distribution at all times

Pay Rate:

• $24-26/hour, based on experience
• Weekly pay every Friday

Requirements:

• Valid forklift operator certification
• Experience operating a Combi / multi-directional forklift
• Strong experience in a steel manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of load dynamics and handling long materials
• Physically capable of working in an industrial environment (lifting, standing, navigating shop floor)
