Raquel Rosalie Jewelry is looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. We are a growing jewelry brand known for our thoughtfully designed collections, exceptional customer service, and welcoming shopping experience.

As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of our brand, helping customers find pieces they love while creating meaningful and memorable interactions. We're looking for someone who is naturally personable, enjoys working with people, has an eye for style, and takes pride in providing outstanding service.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner
Help customers select jewelry and provide product knowledge
Process sales transactions and handle cash/card payments
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual displays
Support in-store events, promotions, and daily operations
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

Qualifications:

Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for fashion, jewelry, and customer experience

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
