Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Motorcycle Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for vintage and modern motorcycles, and possess the technical expertise to diagnose, repair, and maintain such machines. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with rare machines where attention to detail and mechanical proficiency are essential for ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.
Duties
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on motorcycles, including oil changes, brake adjustments, tire replacements, and engine diagnostics
Troubleshoot and repair various electrical issues
Install new parts and accessories as needed, ensuring proper fit and function
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Assist in complete vintage motorcycle restorations and custom motorcycle projects during the winter months
Assist and take lead in engine troubleshooting and rebuilds during the winter months
Requirements
Valid drivers licence (G-M or G-M2)
Mechanical knowledge and experience working on both vintage and modern motorcycles, with a fundamental understanding of how internal combustion engine work
Experience with Japanese, European, and American motorcycle brands, with the ability to work on both modern and antique models
Experience with both 2 stroke and 4 stroke engines
Proficiency in electrical systems (including 6 volt systems) and troubleshooting electrical failures
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
310G mechanics preferred, however apprenticeship and training is available to the right candidate.

Pay: $27-$35 per hour. Full time position, 40 hours a week.
