We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation and professional appearance of our parking facilities across Ottawa. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you'll be at the heart of our day-to-day operations—ensuring our locations are clean, safe, and fully functional for every customer who enters.

Responsibilities
- Repair meters, change batteries in meters, change receipt rolls, replace signage
- Sweeping the garage entrance and exit lanes
- Litter pick-up on parking levels
- Wiping down of signage, equipment, and cashier booth
- Monitoring and cleaning of all high traffic areas within the garage
- Emptying of garbage receptacles as required
- Minor snow clearing on levels/ramps and taking care of any icy patches
- Reporting any observed safety concerns or structural damage, repair fences when needed
Qualifications
- Good communication skills
- High degree of attention to detail
- Experience using basic hand tools & equipment (jigsaw, screwdriver, trimmer, etc.)
- Excellent time management
- Ability to work as a team member under minimal supervision
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Valid provincial drivers license and clean abstract
