Driven Auto Group is expanding, and we are seeking a reliable and energetic Lot Attendant to support our sales and service operations. This is a key role in maintaining an organized, professional, and efficient dealership environment.

If you take initiative, work well independently, and perform best in a fast-paced setting with constant activity, this role will be a strong fit.

This role is best suited for individuals who take pride in staying busy and maintaining high standards throughout the day.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional vehicle lot at all times

  • Move vehicles throughout the lot, and service areas as needed

  • Assist with staging vehicles for photos, videos, and advertising

  • Inspect incoming vehicles and report any damage or concerns

  • Ensure keys are properly logged, stored, and tracked

  • Support the sales team with vehicle retrievals, test drives, and deliveries

  • Assist with day-to-day operational needs across the dealership

  • Perform general lot duties (snow removal, garbage disposal, battery boosts, etc.)

  • Manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail

What We're Looking For

  • Strong multitasking ability and comfort handling competing priorities

  • Reliable, team-oriented, and positive attitude

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Clear communication and a customer-focused approach

  • Valid G-Class driver's license with a clean driving record

  • Previous dealership or automotive experience is an asset, but not required

  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
