Future Opening: Grinder/Forklift Operator

Since 2005, our client has been transforming the recycling industry by tackling one of its biggest challenges: the lack of proper disposal methods for industrial plastics and oversized metals. They're growing and looking for a dedicated individual to join their team as a Grinder Operator and Forklift Operator.

What You'll Do:

• Set up, operate, monitor, and maintain industrial grinding machinery.
• Use a counterbalance forklift to collect and transport materials.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production.
• Perform quality checks to meet product specifications.
• Monitor equipment performance and handle minor troubleshooting.
• Meet production targets while following all safety procedures.

General Labour Tasks (as needed):

• Assist with receiving and shipping.
• Bale plastic film and cardboard.
• De-pack finished goods.
• Dump bottles and preforms into Gaylord boxes.

Shift Time: Monday-Friday, 5AM-1:45PM

Wage: $20/hour + depending on experience
