Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves handling both outbound and inbound shipments in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is physically capable, detail-oriented, and takes initiative during downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load outbound trailers as the top priority
• Assist with inbound shipments as needed
• Unload tires stacked in a braided pattern by sliding and "bumping" them onto trucks
• Safely roll, move, and stack tires within the warehouse
• Follow all instructions provided by the supervisor
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Proactively seek additional tasks during downtime

Requirements:

• On call, usually an hour before the shift
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines and workplace policies

Workplace Expectations:

• Cell phone use is not permitted during working hours; devices must be left in your car
• Must adhere to all company policies and procedures
