Building Cleaning Supervisor

Innovative Facility Care Inc. (IFC) is seeking a reliable and experienced
Building Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations at a designated site/location.

Position Overview

This Level 2 supervisory role reports directly to IFC Executive and Management teams. The successful candidate will demonstrate independence, strong communication, reliability, and the ability to lead, coach, and support cleaning staff while maintaining high service standards.

Wage: Starting at $16.75/hour (with review-based increases aligned to performance, responsibilities, and skill development)

NOC: TEER 2 Unit Group 62024 (Building Cleaning Supervisor)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily/nightly cleaning operations and site maintenance
• Perform and supervise floor care (including stripping and waxing)
• Train, coach, and support employees; assist with onboarding
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and workflow coordination
• Conduct inspections and ensure quality standards are met
• Communicate with staff, management, and clients (email, text, Swept, WhatsApp)
• Handle client concerns professionally and promptly
• Monitor inventory and request supplies/chemicals
• Inspect and maintain equipment; perform basic troubleshooting/repairs
• Complete reports, documentation, and safety inspections
• Ensure compliance with health & safety policies and procedures

Requirements

• Experience in cleaning, janitorial, or facility maintenance (supervisory experience preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and floor care
• Basic technical and mobile app proficiency
• Criminal record check required
