Our Junior Customer Service Representative contributes to our overall success by helping customers with general inquiries and questions, receive and process orders in an efficient and timely manner, as well as provide back-end support for Team Marketplace and other administrative task

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Address or direct customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Assist customers with product information, order status, and general support
  • Accurately and efficiently pack online store orders, ensuring correct items and quantities are included
  • Work with shipping and other CSR's to prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and documentation
  • Check and process orders submitted by other CSR's to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Verify order details, including product specifications and customer information
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely fulfillment of orders
  • Manage back-of-house inventory including blank products, printed counter samples, and uniform size kits
  • Monitor stock levels and report and discrepancies or shortages to the supervisor
  • Organize and maintain inventory areas for easy access and efficient workflow
  • Assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service or retail environment is preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work with changing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency with office software and basic computer systems
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
