P2P (Procure-to-Pay) Analyst
A downtown Calgary-based organization is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative P2P Analyst to support end-to-end procurement and accounts payable processes. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys working at the intersection of finance, procurement, and operations, contributing to both transactional accuracy and process improvement initiatives.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:

• Manage purchase requisitions, ensuring alignment with company policies, budgets, and stakeholder requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate procurement needs into accurate and actionable purchase orders
• Validate and process invoices, ensuring proper matching to purchase orders and receipts
• Investigate discrepancies, resolve vendor and internal issues, and ensure timely and accurate payments
• Support the overall Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle by coordinating across procurement, accounts payable, and business units

Your strengths include:

• 1–5 years of experience in Procurement, Accounts Payable, or a related field
• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent certification)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with Open Invoice is an asset
• Solid financial and accounting acumen, with a high level of attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
