The technician collaborates within a larger automotive service department and handles insurance billing for the performed services.
Responsibilities
- Scan vehicles for ADAS calibration needs post-repair
- Perform diagnostic testing and repair verification
- Research OEM-specific calibration procedures for varied vehicle makes
- Document and record calibration processes and results
- Manage billing and claims submission to insurance companies
- Work effectively within a larger automotive service team
