First Aid Level 2/3

M3 Staffing is seeking reliable, safety-focusedIntermediate First Aid (OFA 2/First Aid Level 2)andAdvanced First Aid (OFA 3/First Aid Level 3) professionals to support various construction and industrial projects across Lower Mainland. This role involves providing responsive, on-site medical assistance to ensure workplace safety and compliance on projects ranging from high-rise developments to residential builds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate on-site medical care, including responding to injuries and assessing medical needs in emergencies
• Evaluate and monitor injured workers, documenting symptoms and treatment details accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized first aid area with readily available medical supplies and equipment
• Communicate with site supervisors regarding health and safety conditions on-site
• Act as a liaison with emergency services if escalation of care is necessary
• Support site safety protocols and compliance withWorkSafe BCandOH&Sstandards
• Complete incident reports and other required documentation accurately and promptly
• Additional duties may be assigned based on project needs

Requirements:

• Intermediate First Aidand/orAdvanced First Aidcertification
• Thorough understanding of health and safety protocols in industrial and construction settings
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for documenting and reporting incidents
• Ability to work independently and respond effectively under pressure
• Familiarity withMicrosoft Office(Word, Excel, Outlook) for record-keeping and reporting
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work across multiple locations as needed
• CSA-approved steel-toed boots and other required PPE
• Legally authorized to work in Canada (work permits accepted)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in high-rise, residential, or industrial construction environments
• Valid drivers license is an asset
• Additional health and safety certifications are valued but not mandatory
• Both experienced and entry-level applicants are welcome!
