About the Role

We're hiring a Shipper/Receiver & Material Handler to support our clients fast-paced manufacturing facility. You'll be responsible for preparing, inspecting, packaging, and shipping products—ensuring orders are accurate, secure, and delivered on time. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in staying organized, and value safety, this is a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship orders with accuracy and care
• Review packing slips and ensure shipments match documentation
• Operate forklifts to load/unload materials (license required)
• Maintain clean, safe storage and work areas (5S standards)
• Receive and inspect incoming goods; organize and label accordingly
• Complete documentation for incoming/outgoing shipments
• Lock facility access doors at shift end
• Empty plant scrap bins as needed

What We're Looking For

• Valid forklift license
• 1–2 years experience in shipping, receiving, or manufacturing experience
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Able to lift/move heavy objects safely and efficiently
• Good communication skills
• Team player with a safety-first attitude
