The Wood Automotive Group, one of Alberta's largest automobile retailers for over 40 years, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our Advantage Ford team!

About the role:

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) ensures all service customers receive a warm reception and responds to all service phone calls in a prompt and professional manner. Confidence in completing outgoing phone calls is necessary. Strong telephone etiquette, computer, and customer service skills are also required. Candidates must be reliable team players who are committed to providing outstanding customer service. Previous dealership experience is considered an asset.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday with rotational Saturdays
